Integrated Accounts and Management Information System
The IAMIS software was initially designed to provide the day to day accounting functions of small to medium sized electrical contractors. As the module list implies, it handles the operation from estimate to trial balance.

Further development has generated a billing module linking our holiday booking software to the conventional IAMIS accounting modules. Subsequently, wet and dry stock control has been added along with our CRM system to create a comprehensive package used by large resort hotels.

The IAMIS modules can easily be incorporated into other solutions to add extra functionality. An example of this would be where dining room or kitchen staffing may need to be monitored to keep levels proportional to occupancy in a Reservation System. In this instance, the time recording and allocation module would be recommended. Sales Invoicing and Sales Ledger modules may also be added to handle regular corporate accounts. Since modules may be added ‘on demand’, the return on the original investment can be improved by extending the scalability and life cycle of the overall solution.
